    Hearing (or reading because I hear the words in my head) 'Der-hey' makes me vomit.

    Although vomiting might count as the ultimate 'duh'. Like, 'You drank too much!' DUGGGHHHHHH. Or, 'You shouldn't have come to work with the Lithuanian flu!!' DULLGHHGHHERHHH.

    What about (and I'm speculating on the spelling here): doiy-hickey?

    I distinctly remember one that my older brothers taunted me with in the late 80s, and it definitely ended in "hickey". I have no idea why.
